The Crate Info tag is versatile and can be applied in a variety of ways. There are styles for Rufflands and metal kennels, as well as sticky plates for any other crate style. 
The QR codes are made with a high quality, waterproof, fade-resistant sublimation tag, and is framed to avoid any lifting, etc. and attached to a magnetic plate in the color of your choice! 
QR codes cannot be edited after being created, however you can order replacement stickers with new codes, should information change. 

You have two main selection options:

QR Code or Basic Contact Info (Text)

Based on your selection you will be given a variety of options.

All information and text you enter in to this form will be directly replicated on the plates. Please double check what you have entered for accuracy before submitting your order.

QR Code Option:

“Text Above QR Code” = This is a short word that helps describe the purpose of the QR code. In our main example we used the word “EMERGENCY”. This selection is limited to (9) characters due to space constraints.

“First Name” = The First name of the contact you wish to provide on this plate. This could be yourself or someone else needing to be contacted.

“Last Name” = The Last name of the contact you wish to provide on this plate. This could be yourself or someone else needing to be contacted.

“Phone Number” = The phone number of the contact you wish to provide for this plate.

“Notes” = The notes field is a provided field that can be added to contact info to provide additional info to the individual scanning. This field is limited to 200 characters so keep in mind the essential information that needs to be conveyed in this notes field.

“Backplate Color” = This will be the color of the plate that the QR Code sits on. We offer this in many different options.

“Attachment Type” = We are currently offering (3) attachment options based on your needs.

Ruffland Latch Cover Magnet: This option is specifically designed for Ruffland latch covers. Due to the limited space, our design utilized embedded countersunk magnets to allow easy attachment to the front of the Ruffland Latch Covers without having to swap anything around. This plate sits directly over the screws that hold your existing latch cover in place.This also allows for easy removal in the event you do not want this displayed at all times.

Generic Surface Magnet: This option is designed to take advantage of magnets but in a variety of scenarios and settings. As long as you have a metal surface for this to attach to, this will be the one for you! This option is not recommend to be attached to the Ruffland Kennels as it does not feature the countersunk design and will not lay over top of the screws properly.

Sticky Back: We will provide some 3M sticky pads in the package for you to use to attach your plate. You can decide if you’d like to use it or not.


Basic Contact Info (Text)

Basic Contact Info (Text) is for those who want something more direct and simple.

A Name and Number clearly typed on the plate. We are currently limiting the text character limit to (30) characters. We will do our best to replicate your desired text to be centered and evenly spaced. Anything you enter into this text box will be directly replicated onto the plate so please double check your text before submitting your order.

“Backplate Color” = This will be the color of the plate that the QR Code sits on. We offer this in many different options.
